The website and mobile application for Dr.Codez Hospital Management Software (referred to as the “Platform”) is developed and operated by Pipasa Technologies LLP, headquartered at Plot No. 27, Mahavir Colony 2, Beside IRCED Bhavan, Dhamni Road, Sangli 416410, Maharashtra, India, hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we,” “us,” or “our.” This document serves as an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related regulations, which does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published per the requirements under Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, and Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. The Platform offers a wide range of features for patient management, appointment scheduling, digital record-keeping, and telemedicine, making healthcare management simpler and more efficient for medical professionals.

Features and Services

Key features of the Dr.Codez Platform include:

  1. Patient Management: Manage patient records, appointments, histories, and medical information in a secure and streamlined environment.

  2. Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and manage appointments for walk-in and online consultations.

  3. Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Digitize and securely store all medical records and diagnostic reports.

  4. Practice Analytics and Management: Access dashboards and reports to manage day-to-day operations, including billing, revenue, and patient engagement.

  5. Multi-User Access: Invite multiple team members with controlled permissions to work on clinical data.

User Registration and Eligibility

To access and use certain features of Dr.Codez, Users must register on the Platform. Registration is free of charge and requires Users to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Content and Intellectual Property

  1. Content Ownership: All materials and content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by the Company or licensed to the Company.

  2. User-Generated Content: Users may post or upload information to the Platform, which must be accurate and authentic. Users are prohibited from posting content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.

  3. License to Use: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the Platform. Users shall not copy, modify, or distribute any Platform content without written permission from the Company.

User Obligations

As a User of Dr.Codez, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account.

  2. Use the Platform solely for legitimate healthcare management purposes.

  3. Refrain from using the Platform in any way that could harm or disrupt access to the Platform for other users.

  4. Avoid posting any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content on the Platform.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipasa Technologies LLP and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Platform, or any violation of the rights of a third party.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to any disruptions, loss of data, or third-party claims. Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk.

Refund Policy

Payments made for the purchase or use of Dr.Codez services are final and non-refundable. For assistance with technical or account-related issues, please contact our customer support team.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a User’s account at any time for any reason, including any violation of these Terms. Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

Communications and Notifications

By registering on the Platform, you agree to receive communications from the Company, including promotional materials, updates, and notifications related to your use of the Platform. Users can opt out of promotional communications by following the instructions in the emails.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through a two-step Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process:

  1. Mediation: The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through mediation.

  2. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in Sangli, Maharashtra, conducted in English, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian law.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including acts of God, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Waiver: The Company’s failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
